The products must be returned intact, in good condition and in the original packaging. The value of products returned or used or damaged may not be refunded, for example because of insufficient packaging. Please use an external protective box to prevent damage during transport. We ask you to contact us by email (info@equigames.it) or by calling +39 347 0526472 to agree on the return of an item. It must be approved beforehand and will not be accepted for clearly tailored products.
