As provided by Italian law you can return the goods within 14 working days from the date of receipt of your order (pursuant to Article 3 of Legislative Decree 185/99).

Only items not yet opened and kept in the original packaging will be accepted.

In order to comply with the term of withdrawal, it is sufficient that you send a notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period. The request must be sent by indicating your Name and Surname, the order number and the name or code of the products you are going to give to sumisura@equigames.it

Postal charges for returning the goods are the responsibility of the Customer, unless the refund is due to our shipping error. Always keep the Invoice present in the package and the postal receipt of the returned package for further clarification.

Redemption Mode

We will process the refund as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of returning the goods.

Refund will be made through a debit transaction transfer procedure made by way of Credit or Credit Card or PayPal. The refund will be paid to those who made the payment.

In the event of a full refund, the full amount paid to the Customer will be refunded, including the contribution of the shipping costs possibly incurred in the order of the order.

In case, instead of partial refund of the order, the contribution of the shipping costs possibly incurred in the order of the order will not be refunded.

However, the right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

– applies to the product purchased in its entirety.

– the substantial integrity of the goods is a prerequisite for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The product must be guarded with normal care and returned intact, complete in all its parts.

The product must be returned in its original full package in all its parts.

To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend inserting it into a second box. In all cases, adhesive labels or adhesive tapes must be avoided directly on the original packaging of the product.

The right of withdrawal is not provided for the supply of:

• goods that, by their nature, can not be sent back or are likely to deteriorate or alter rapidly;

• customized or clearly customized goods.
